Springhouse Wealth Partners is a full-service, comprehensive wealth management and financial planning firm. With over 75 years of combined wealth advisory experience, we specialize in meeting the needs of individuals, families and businesses in all areas of financial services.

Created in 2020, Springhouse was formed out of our desire to offer a more customized financial planning experience for our clients. Most large financial firms limit the investment options available to financial advisors. We decided to work with Alden Investment Group because they offered us the ability to provide much more tailored solutions to each of our customers.

Our clients are offered a comprehensive financial plan as the basis for guiding the investment process. Successful objective realization starts with a clear understanding of the needs of the client, not the wants of the investment firm providing the advice. High net worth clients are able to access a wide variety of alternative investment opportunities as well as their unique portfolio management capabilities. Springhouse’s concentration is on clarity of client situation and goals, diligence in investment research, relevance in our educational pursuits, timelines in client service and communication and transparency of pricing.

Our Team

Seasoned financial advisors Charles (Chip) Wisner, Michael Frederick, Brandon Skupski, and Joe Cunningham are coming together to form Springhouse Wealth Partners. Chip was formerly with Wells Fargo, Michael and Brandon with Black Stone, and Joe with NASDAQ, bringing over 100 years of combined experience and exemplary regulatory record. 

Michael Frederick


Michael Frederick, director of financial planning at Springhouse, has an extensive background in financial planning, and works with business owners, pre-retirees and retirees to create long-term investment plans using a disciplined, process-driven approach.

He holds Series 7 General Securities Representative and Series 66 Investment Advisor Representative registrations. Michael has also attained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation in 2003, the Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2004, the Chartered Financial Consultant™ designation in 2006, and the Certified Private Wealth Advisor™ designation in 2011. Michael is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Investment Management Consultants Association, The American Institute for Economic Research and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Financial Services degree from The American College.

Charles (Chip) Wisner

Chip Wisner, director of investments and trading at Springhouse Wealth Partners, has over 40 years of studying the financial market, with experience in trading stocks and bonds on the New York and Philadelphia trading floors.  Formerly a first vice president – investment officer with Wells Fargo Advisors, Chip focuses on individual stocks, bonds and hedging strategies at Springhouse.

He holds his Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 registrations, also life, health, and disability insurance license.

Brandon Skupski

Brandon Skupski, Springhouse’s research and portfolio strategist, has a strong background in investment analysis, asset allocation, portfolio construction and management, investment research and financial planning. As an associate partner, he will focus on building and managing asset allocation portfolios.

Brandon holds the Series 7 General Securities Representative, Series 66 Investment Advisor Representative registrations and his PA Life and Insurance License.

Joe Cunningham

Joe is an experienced financial professional with a proven track record for the clients he represents. Joe spent decades in the financial industry, where due diligence analytics is paramount, and he clearly understands long-term capital preservation. Joe held executive positions in the financial sector with ProShares, Mirae Asset, and NASDAQ. Joe now applies the same investment process in the real estate industry as a member of the Mulholland Peracchia Group, one of Berkshire Hathaway’s most successful teams nationwide; he will deliver a proven sales process for his clients considering downsizing their real estate holds. Joe is a Temple University’s Real Estate Institute graduate and a volunteer firefighter with the Radnor Fire Company in his hometown.

Joe holds the FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, Series 66 Investment Advisor Representative, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent, and Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales Associate license RS364101
